Job Description:
In this role you will lead our backend development and build Muzooka’s API to drive the success of our web and mobile applications. You will also get to contribute on the front-end using cutting edge tools. You’ll work closely with our front-end development team to ensure we are building a maintainable code base and minimizing technical debt. Our designer and product manager will coordinate with you on a daily basis to plan features for the API. You’ll have the opportunity to wear multiple hats and play a key role in product development.
Skills Needed:
Foundation in Javascript
Familiarity with AWS deployment
Proficient with mySQL
Experience with Nodejs
Experience with a JS framework like React or Ember
Experience with Git workflow
General understanding of front-end development
