• Managing and implementing product improvements (40%)

• Working on new features (40%)

• Managing the interns (20%)

All of the above will be extremely fast-paced; driven by crazy amount of analytics, multi-variant user testing, feedback and team discussions.

Since you will be working on a really powerful and well built technology, there will be a short learning curve to assure compliance with best practices, coding style, processes and backend structure.

A lot of times, you will be pulled into quick calls with our marketing guy, cto and founder on product strategy and new feature discussions. Everyone’s opinion has equal weightage in our team. The chief makes the final call though (obviously).
