Looking for an experienced WordPress developer to work with an active firearms blog on a weekly basis. Hours will be approximately 10-20 hours a week with the ability to work more when needed during project implementation.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experienced with WordPress, plugins, proprietary applications
- Experienced with responsive web design, ability to create UX/UI for platforms
- Knowledgeable in third party APIs and building customer applications
- Able to manage ad networks (Ad Manager) and optimizations (Google Optimization)
- Experienced in optimizing elements for site speed and mobile friendliness
- Must be experienced in maintaining a high trafficked WordPress website
- Can work well with other freelance developers within the company
LANGUAGES & PROGRAMS
- Languages: PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS
- Must have in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS, security principles, API’s
DESIRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of SEO
- Design skills a BIG PLUS
