We have launched a robust and relatively complex social media platform and are now looking to hire one or two part time developers with significant experience in back-end (PHP) and front-end (Angular JS) development. Facebook API is used heavily and knowledge in this area is necessary. Android and iPhone app development expertise is plus.

We have space now for a part time position (5-20 hours a week based on expertise), but would like to create a relationship that can grow to an in-house CTO.
