As a Full Stack Developer with the worlds largest collector car auction company, youwill workon a range of systems, from public websites serving millions of users, to solutions supporting live bidding and internal applications that help the business run. While working remotely is possible, frequent direct team participation at the Walworth, WI office is required.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable extensive experience with PHP MVC frameworks
- Experience working with MV* Javascript framework(s) to develop highly interactive UIs
- Must have solid understanding of Git
- A keen eye to optimize andimprove performance and accommodate growing numbers of users whether it be through HTML, backend code, server configurations, SQL queries or architecture.
- Attentiveness to the overall user experience of everything you create
- Desire to build cool things that dazzle our customers and empower our team members
- Intrinsic motivation to improve and adapt your skills and increase the productivity of the team
- Ability to take a general idea and expand upon that with your skill and acumen to craft something awesome
- Aptitude and excitement for learning new skills and technologies as business demands change
- Experience working with and creating scalable architecture within Amazon Web Services considered a major plus
- Experience with WordPress plugin architecture and implementation also a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
