Full Stack Web Developer

The role of the full stack web developer and technical team lead is pivotal to the execution of Scrum.org’s vision of improving the profession of Software Development. If you are interested in changing the world and being part of the Scrum revolution and evolution this is the job for you!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Regular exposure to business stakeholders and executive management, as well as the authority and scope to apply your expertise to many interesting technical problems.

  • Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.

  • Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units.

  • Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Ruby on Rails and API’s.

  • Experience customizing and performing administrative functions in Content Management Systems like DNN or Drupal.

  • Experience with container technologies like Docker or Rocket and implementing them in real world scenarios.

  • Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc ..) is needed to be successful in this position.

  • A focus on software craftsmanship; a passion for the craft.

  • Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce applications.

  • An ability to manage a small team of web developers.

  • Experience in managing the technical relationship with service providers.

  • And of course, some exposure to Scrum 🙂
