Desired Skills ● JavaScript ● Nodejs (Experience with Express web application framework is plus) ● Experience with a Template Engine (Jade, EJS, Dust etc.) ● HTML5 ● CSS (understanding Sass/LESS/Stylus) ● Experience with JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, Backbone, Knockout) ● Experience with test frameworks (Protractor, Karma etc.) ● Experience with Grunt ● Mobile application development ● PostgreSQL (writing queries and stored procedures) ● Redis ● Well versed with agile and test driven development methodologies Responsibilities ● Work in small, cross-functional teams committed to building high quality applications ● Drive the design and build out of a new platform, including user-facing features and core back-end functionality ● Innovate at a very fast pace to maintain our cutting edge technologies Qualifications ● Love of programming ● Strong knowledge of JavaScript with an ability to quickly learn new frameworks; experience with Nodejs a plus ● 3+ years of experience with full stack application development ● Ability to architect complex web applications using frameworks and APIs ● Computer Science Degree preferred but not required
