You need to:

• Have a minimum of 3years experience in PHP development.

• Have a minimum 1 year with MVC Framework(s)

• Have a minimum working knowledge ofCakePHP

• Have a solid understanding of relational databases.

• Self-starter with the ability to work on your own.

• Seek toimprove yourself and your code.

• Be time-sensitive and have experience working under deadlines.

• Be engaged in your work and detailed oriented. You must be a person who double-checks your work and, if needed, asks a team member to triple check it before submission.

• Have working knowledge of GIT and general GIT workflow.
