As a frontend developer, you love javascript. We use AngularJS at Timely and you should be an expert in that. Bragging rights come when things are stable, fast and feel right. Animations are important as well and you enjoy going that extra mile to make it great, but making something that works is priority number one. Any experience with other javascript frameworks is also a plus.
