About the job
We are looking for an experienced Front-end Developer who will be responsible for building the ‘client-side’ of our web applications. Your duties will include translating our product manager needs into functioning website & ensuring great user experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web pages
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and design mobile-based features
- Develop quality mockups and prototypes
- Review, maintain and improve company’s website
- Work together with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
- Assist back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
- Maintain high quality graphic standards and brand consistency through the web pages
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience of working on a Front-end Developer position
- Significant experience with JavaScript libraries such as React, Angular and Vue.js
- Experience with CSS and CSS preprocessors like Sass.
- Excellent understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
- Good understanding of layout aesthetics and SEO principles
- Knowledge of browser testing and debugging
- Experience working with git (github)
- Experience with web analytics platforms (google analytics)
- BSc degree in Computer Science or other relevant area
Nice to have:
- Ability to build interactive data visualizations
- Experience with animations libraries such GreenSock
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Invision, Framer X, Principle and Keynote
- Experience working with python and python-flask
- Experience working with PostgreSQL
- Experience with docker
