We’re looking for a Front-End Software Engineer with a strong UI/UX. You’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience; building smooth, high-performance interfaces that make it easy for users to build, deploy, and monitor AI workflows.
You’ll collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to turn complex ideas into a seamless, responsive experience. If you’re passionate about great design, detail-oriented, and love creating polished UIs, we’d love to work with you.
What You’ll Do:
  • Build and maintain core product interfaces with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
  • Use shadcn/ui to create clean, accessible, and beautiful UI components
  • Turn Figma mocks and user flows into working features with design and product teams
  • Implement real-time, responsive, and accessible web experiences
  • Optimize for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Work with tools like Cursor, Radix UI, Framer Motion, and Headless UI
  • Contribute to and evolve Aizen’s design system and component library
  • Write clean, maintainable code and support front-end testing practices (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of front-end development experience with web apps
  • Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern component libraries
  • Experience with front-end context management (integrating with backend APIs)
  • Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, and other modern tools
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and attention to detail
  • Experience with tools like Cursor for fast prototyping and debugging
  • Comfort working with Figma and translating design specs into polished UIs
  • Familiarity with design systems, accessibility best practices, and animation libraries like Framer Motion
  • Bonus: Experience with AI/ML APIs or interest in AI tooling
