Is your goal in writing software to make a user’s life easier?

In Touch is looking to add a front-end developer with a keen eye for usability to our team. As a ‘front-end’ guy, you willtalk with users to understand their workflow, run usability tests to make sure our apps are so easy to use that our documentation can be ignored, and make good looking interfaces that solve the user’s problem.

The ideal candidate can quickly mock up a page layoutand is creative inidentifying and solving issues with usability and interaction. While we don’t judge on art alone, a keen eye for design is also a must. The majority of our development is in WPF/XAML, but web expertise is beneficial. You will be supported by back-end developers, but should be able tohandle all aspects of client-side development.
