Rylem is seeking a strong front-end Web Developer with strong skills in JavaScript, WordPress, and PHP. You will be utilizing yourstrong responsive web development skills, experience with PHP, WordPress, JavaScript (and frameworks), and love of fast, creative and collaborative work environments to help the creative and marketing teams bring marketing sites and promotions to life. Responsibilities:

• Build compelling user experiences and interfaces; create both production-ready codeand prototypes.
• Create and maintain templates, user interfaces and interactive presentations that work seamlessly across device types.
• Pioneer innovative web interactions and applications for marketing and promotional purposes and be able to distinguish between what can be done and what should be done.
• Work with creative, marketing and engineering teams on concept development, prototypes, technology innovations and process improvements.
• Research and identify evolving media, technology and design innovations and opportunities; work with partners across the organization to assess and implement new ideas.
• Create and maintain shared components and frameworks to be used across development teams.
• Collaborate effectively with designers and other dev teams to propose and evaluate design initiatives and champion exceptional front-end implementation.
