Front End engineers work on the full-stack, but are experts when it comes to JavaScript, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks, like Angular or Knockout. We are passionate about building the most intuitive user experience and will code anything from C# to CSS just to ensure that the user comes first.

This is a remote/telecommute position based out of your home office.Reports to the UI/UX Team Lead.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop code for the complete development stack with emphasis on the front end

• Work with designers and product management to define and improve user experience

• Develop cohesive user interface components and flows

• Define and advocate user interface framework standards

• Provide user interface modules and guidance for the rest of the development team

ABOUT YOU

• You have a minimum of 5years of experience in C#, ASP. NET, HTML, MS SQL Server, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, and related technologies. Strong design skills and full software development lifecycle experience required.

• Familiarity or experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular.

• You have a strong understanding of JavaScript, Object Oriented principles, the . NET Framework, ASP. NET, relational databases, and web application development.

• You’re passionate about writing quality code and constantly honing your development skills.

• You can quickly read and understand both new and existing code.

• You can look at the “big picture,” coming up with great new ideas, but also executing those ideas and writing the code to make it happen.

• You thrive in a highly collaborative, flat environment. There’s not a lot of hierarchy or red tape here.

• You have experience with large codebases and unit testing – mock frameworks, web testing, database testing, etc.

• You have a strong understanding of Object Oriented principles, the . NET Framework, ASP. NET, relational databases, and web application development.

• You want to develop using Test Driven Development.

• You want to develop using pair programming.

• You have the permanent legal right to work in the United States.
