Homer Learning is seeking an experienced frontend engineer to join our team.We are expanding our education platform from iPad to the weband Android. This is a great opportunity to build out a web platform from the ground up.

Skills & Requirements

Must have:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience with frontend programming languages
• Strong grasp of HTML(5), CSS(3), and web standards
• Strong grasp of scalable and high-performance JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with frameworks such as React andPIXI/Phaser
• Experience building production quality web apps

Nice to have:

• Demonstrated work beyond the frontend and ability to integrate with backend technologies
• Experience with building Django applications
• Experience with Parse
• Experience with Javascript testing (unit tests, TDD, etc)
• Experience with Cordova/Ionic/PhoneGap
• Experience with Android development, Java, or Kotlin
