We are hiring an engineer with a passion for frontend development to join our team who can help create delightful and seamless experiences for our customers.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of core customer facing products for both our company clients and employees from around the world
Lead the implementation and launch of high-impact software that makes it seamless for companies to become more global and hire across countries, creating employment opportunities around the world
Support a global remote workforce through simple HR software solutions that help them do their jobs and receive compensation, benefits, and support
Work with engineering team, founders and leadership team to develop and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer and business requirements

What you bring

4+ years of experience in frontend technologies
A passion for well-structured, easily maintainable code
You are an HTML, CSS and JavaScript engineer with experience building user interfaces for complex applications
Experience working with CSS frameworks (e.g. Tailwind, Bootstrap)
You have extensive experience with a modern JS framework like React or Vue
Typescript knowledge highly preferred, some experience with Node.js
Experience with Unit, Integration, and end-to-end testing
You have great product intuition and the sense to analyze why features work and how they can be improved
You have a good visual and aesthetic sense – a strong portfolio of past projects is required
You’re really detail-oriented
You’re passionate about creating seamless and impactful user experiences
You communicate openly and make your team aware of problems as soon as they arise
You collaborate effectively with other team members to improve technical skills, provide feedback and develop with a common goal
You are pragmatic when it comes to solving problems, passionate about good development practices and ensuring technical excellence, with a focus on visual interfaces and creating an exceptional client experience
