We’re looking for an experienced front-end developer who loves being the glue between designers and back-end developers. Someone with immaculately clean coding skills, an obsession for details and fast load times, and a passion for bringing an idea to life — from comp to browser.

As part of oursmall but mighty team, you’ll have your hands in all sorts of projects. From the admin application our sellers use everyday to manage their shop, to fun little static sites for our community, to handy internal tools and style guides to improve the way we work, you’ll get to touch it all.

More than anything we need someone who wants to help artists make a living doing what they love. Big Cartel is home to over 500,000 designers, musicians, makers, and other artists. You’d have a hand in creating the simple tools they use, and your work would be used by millions each day.

This is a full-time and salaried position that includes all of ourawesome benefitslike paid family leave, solid insurance, 401(k), and a generous PTO policy (we encourage you to take 4 weeks off!). You can work remotely from anywhere in the United States, but extra credit for joining us in SLC.
