What you’ll be doing:
- Owningfront-end product design anddevelopment.
- Writingclean, efficient, and well-documented code in HTML, CSS, Javascript.
- A/B testing design changes to make sure the changes are not just beautiful, but also functional.
- Learning and owning much of the a/b testing and targeting environment using Adobe target (best in class enterprise solution).
Skills and Requirements:
- 2+ years ofHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX experience. Familiarity with Django preferred but not necessary.
- Passionate about design.
- Agile and experiment-driven.
- Experiencein design best practices but understanding that best practices don’t always convert.
