This is a part-time role to start although continued demonstration of required skills and on-time deliveries may lead to a full-time offer (part time is approx 20 hours per week of effort although this is negotiable). Initially, we will start by issuing small discrete work packages which can be done in isolation and then later integrated into a larger solution. These tasks will require experience making REST’ful calls for graphs of data, storage in the client, and fairly nuanced/fluid visualization of data to allow users to interact with. Final deliveries will require integrationinto a React framework but other supporting technology choices may be open for discussion. These projects will also require knowledge of formula’s relating to lending, money management, interest calculations, etc (Ex. calculate loan interest, APRs, etc) This will also include calculation of amortization schedules, and similar methods to visualize financial relationships for customers. Candidates will also work with our graphic designers to determine appropriate layouts and points of interactivity for target users.

We fully embrace professionals who prefer (or require) to work remotely and are looking for mature candidates that can self-manage and deliver reliably. With this arrangement comes lots of flexibility in day-to-day schedules allowing our team members to maintain a work-life balance that suites their individual needs. While some core operating hours are required to facilitate online SCRUMs, etc… individuals will be able to manage most of their schedule on their own.
