We’re now seeking a dedicated, customer-oriented Customer Service Agent who is fluent in French to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional support to our European clients while enjoying a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

• Assist customers in identifying the products and services that best meet their needs.
• Represent customer interests by sharing feedback and working with internal teams to enhance their experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company updates to provide accurate, helpful information.

What We’re Looking For
• Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adjust your approach to different audiences.
• Solid problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• A positive, patient, and resilient mindset.
• Comfortable with technology and eager to help customers use digital tools effectively.
