Online dating can be seen as daunting and time consuming at the best of times. The majority of Young Business Professionals are clear on what they want, and hate wasting time on people who just out to play games. We are a team of ambitious, young professionals who are working on a dating app startup, to help others have the best possible online dating experience. We want to be the Apple of online dating. We are currently seeking an UX & visual designer to help our team build and test prototypes in an Agile process with rapid iterations. You will need to solve a variety of design challenges and will be involved in our early stage research, ideation and user testing. Depending on experience and ambition, you will be able to own the UX, branding and visual design. Ultimately it’s about creating an amazing user experience – full stop.

About you

We love designers who are eager to deliver across the entire design process, and not just one aspect such as user research or visual design. We would love for you to have worked on several Android projects before and to have hands-on UX design and user research experience.

People you have worked with before describe you as a self-starter and know that you are constantly focused on finding simple solutions. You can easily look at problems from the user’s perspective and bring enthusiasm to create great experiences into every project you get involved in.

PS: Since we are based in Sydney, you would need to be available for at least 2 hours per day during normal business hours here (9am-5pm). If we need more time together, we can adjust our schedule though 🙂
