As a Fraud Analyst at Qonto, you will:
• Monitor and assess transactions to spot fraud patterns, particularly scams, phishing, and account takeovers
• Conduct risk evaluations for new products and features, ensuring strong onboarding fraud prevention

• Continuous training and knowledge sharing to stay ahead of emerging threats
• A culture built on autonomy, flexibility, ongoing learning, innovation, and adaptability

About your future manager:
Anamaria, our Senior Team Lead Fraud, will support your growth. She joined Qonto over six years ago as a Customer Success Officer and developed her fraud and risk expertise internally. Rising through roles from AML‑CFT Analyst to Manager and now Team Lead, she oversees fraud activities in France, Spain, and Portugal. She is committed to staying ahead of new threats and leads with a proactive, agile mindset, creating innovative strategies to protect Qonto’s customers and assets.

About you:
• Experience: You have some experience (ideally 6–12 months) in fraud detection, AML, or a related investigative role
• Languages: You are fluent in both English and French, as your work will mainly involve the French market
• Analytical skills: You excel at identifying patterns and solving complex fraud cases
• Communication: You can interact confidently with customers and external parties to gather information about potential fraud
• Growth mindset: You are receptive to feedback and eager to keep learning

This is a full‑time role based in Barcelona, with required office presence on certain days (no fully remote option).

At Qonto, diversity is more than a checklist. Apply even if you don’t meet every criterion — you may be exactly who we’re looking for.

Perks:
• A tailored, dynamic career path
• An inclusive work environment
• Offices in Paris, Berlin, Milan, Barcelona, and Belgrade
• Competitive salary
• Meal vouchers

• Employee well‑being initiatives, including access to Moka Care and benefits for sports and wellness
• Inclusive disability and parenthood policies, plus childcare support
• Monthly team events
