⭐ Mission:

Join Qonto as the Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Western Europe and play a crucial role in driving financial excellence and supporting strategic decision-making across our Western European operations. You’ll be working closely with the Managing Director of the region and her leadership team, and join a team of finance professionals that will contribute to shaping the financial success.

👩💻🧑💻 As the Senior FP&A Manager for Western Europe, you will:

• Be a real business partner by providing the Managing Director and his leadership team with the necessary data to measure the effectiveness of the strategic plans and offer in-depth insights and analysis to support decision-making

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and our operating teams in the WE region to provide financial insights, understand their performance, evaluate business initiatives, challenge their perspectives, and identify risks and opportunities

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor business performance, and identify areas for improvement, and gain a deep understanding of current business trends in the WE market

• Conduct and manage the bi-annual budgeting process for the WE region, aligning with corporate and central goals and achieving accuracy within the timeline

• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control policies for the WE region

• What she can bring to you: Nathalie will bring her expertise in fast-growing and business transformation companies as well as a wealth of experience in strategic finance and is committed to fostering a collaborative team culture. She values autonomy and encourages her team to take initiative and drive impactful projects.

🏅About You

• You have at least 10 years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance roles, with a strong track record of business partnering at C-level and senior management.

• You have extensive experience in revenue and topline management, including forecasting, analysis, and optimization.

• You have a proven track record of business partnering and influencing strategic decisions

• You demonstrate strategic thinking and business acumen, especially on the France market.

• You possess strong financial modeling and analytical skills

• You are proactive, autonomous, and thrive in a fast-paced, and high-growth environment
