I am looking for someone who is wiling to join a new startup in Dubai it is still in the beginning phases I have huge interest in this market especially in our region since there is still not much competition ,Since I do not know how to write code I need someone with the same ambition to grow he/she need to have the whole or most of the set of skills to develop apps have the skills to start a new company Help in Finding all the required employees to set up a well balanced team that can work together.

since this is a fresh startup and i am not looking for any funding i Cannot offer a big salary for the first couple of months or at least till we start making some profit. what im willing to provide is equity in the company and a fair split in profits. if intrested kindly apply and we can talk about the details on skype or in person if you are in the region.
