OPERATIONS AT TRACTIAN
The operations team is responsible for turning our IoT devices into reality. We strive to make the impossible possible and are deeply goal-oriented. We integrate hardware, production, quality, and supply and we’re in charge of the whole manufacturing process of our hardware, from the purchase of components to the final adapting of our devices to meet strict international criteria.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
As a Senior Foreign Trade Analyst at Tractian, you will be responsible for managing import and export operations, connecting suppliers, clients, and subsidiaries. You will work on negotiating with international logistics partners, applying drawback regimes, and analyzing the performance of the area.
- Manage import and export operations.
- Coordinate processes between international suppliers and customers.
- Conduct intercompany operations between subsidiaries.
- Negotiate with international logistics partners.
- Apply and maintain drawback regimes (exemption and suspension).
- Lead direct communication with international customers.
- Prepare performance reports for the area.
- Support customs certifications and regulatory documentation.
- More than 4 years of experience in Foreign Trade.
- More than 4 years of experience working with European or Asian trade.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, International Relations, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite or SAP Business One.
- Experience with special customs regimes.
- Experience with global intercompany operations.
