We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated **Senior Flutter Engineer** to play a key role in our cross-platform mobile strategy. This position is essential for architecting, designing, and delivering a top-tier mobile experience that supports our global users.

The Senior Flutter Engineer will lead the development of high-performing, visually impressive, and easy-to-maintain mobile applications for both **iOS and Android** using a single codebase. You’ll work through complex challenges in **cross-platform architecture**, performance improvement, and integration with our broader technology stack—driving mobile excellence across the organization.

– **Architect & Design:** Lead the architectural design and implementation of new app modules with Flutter, ensuring the codebase is **scalable, reliable, and reusable**.
– **Requirements & UX/UI Collaboration:** Work closely with **Product Managers and UX/UI Designers** to turn user stories and wireframes into clear technical requirements and build **pixel-perfect, responsive UIs** with an outstanding user experience.
– **Performance Optimization:** Continuously **profile and optimize** app performance, including rendering, startup time, and memory usage, to ensure a **smooth experience** across different devices.
– **Testing & Quality Assurance:** Establish and enforce a strong **testing approach** (unit, widget, integration tests) and set up CI pipelines to maintain high code quality and avoid regressions.
– **Technical Leadership & Mentorship:** Mentor the team, contribute to design discussions, and conduct code reviews.
– **Deployment & CI/CD:** Own the **automated build and deployment process**, configuring CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions to streamline App Store and Play Store releases.
– **Maintenance & Security:** Oversee the full maintenance lifecycle, including feature updates, complex data migrations, and critical fixes, while applying **security and privacy best practices** throughout development.

⭐ **What makes you a great fit?**

– **5+ years** of experience in mobile software development (Android and/or iOS), including at least **2+ years** specifically focused on Flutter mobile development.
– **Proven experience** building, launching, and maintaining production applications with **Flutter/Dart**.
– Strong knowledge of the **full mobile development lifecycle**, including automated testing, CI/CD, and deployment.
– Expertise designing complex Flutter codebases, including selecting and implementing appropriate **state-management patterns** (e.g., MVVM, Provider, BLoC).
– Solid understanding of integrating **third-party libraries and APIs**.
– An engineer who enjoys mentoring others, collaborating across teams, and leading design conversations.
– Excellent **spoken and written English** for working effectively in an international environment.
– Experience with Flutter web development is a plus.
