The Sr. Partnerships Manager will play a key role in developing relationships with major financial institutions and large enterprises. Using our strong position in Ethereum scaling, this role will focus on understanding the complex needs of major financial players and integrating them into the Arbitrum ecosystem.

What you’ll do:
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with institutional banking clients and major enterprises.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of Arbitrum technology for fintech applications.
• Identify institutions interested in using crypto for new products.
• Support technical collaboration between engineering teams and clients to resolve issues quickly.
• Launch and lead new initiatives within the partnerships team to expand Arbitrum’s role in the financial industry.
• Share product updates with stakeholders and gather feedback to help shape product direction.

What you’ll need:
• Relevant business development experience in fintech or the blockchain sector.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, especially their use in financial services.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to secure complex partnerships.
• Attention to detail and the ability to bring internal teams together around key strategies.
• Outstanding communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
