Senior Manager, Engineering (Development) is responsible for overall E2E ownership for the Technology function for Finland. This role works with development teams across the market to ensure the needs from the country are understood, tracked and are being resolved in a timely manner.
As the leader for the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the team is following best practices and using your skills and experience to develop the strategy and process for modernizing the corresponding market(s), including product, resourcing and back office.
Key Responsibilities:

    • Supporting the Nordic Technology Market lead in managing and coordinating Finland.
    • Collating status updates from the individual technology teams, creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports to highlight progress, call our risks and ensure alignment across Technology. Improve collaboration, enable teams, implement standards inline with corporates strategy.
    • Working with development teams across the all the markets to ensure the needs from the Finland are understood, tracked and are being resolved in a timely manner.
    • Management and provide status reports and overview about entire Tech. Working with the relevant teams cross border to ensure the needs are well coordinated and captured.
    • Collating and analysing KPI metrics to show help demonstrate the overall technology and business progress against our objectives.
Qualifications:

    • Experience and knowledge in managing Teams (~15 FTE’s) , experience working on distributed environments & development.
    • Critical competencies: problem solving/analysis, communication skills & relationship building, initiative, leadership and ability to influence
    • Excellent organizational, decision making and analytical skills, Agile Framework
    • Strong technical aptitude of Microsoft Office, Atlassian tools, Java and / or . Net
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
