Blue Bottle Coffee Korea is seeking a passionate, experienced Finance Specialist to join our Korea Finance team. This role requires a strong interest in financial information and excellent organizational skills.

As a Finance Specialist, you will ensure accurate, timely financial operations while supporting the company’s sustainable growth in Korea. The position covers day-to-day accounting, Treasury, and Tax activities, and ensures accurate and timely financial reporting across all sales channels, including cafés and e-commerce/CPG.

This role is based in Seoul, Korea, and reports to the Korea Finance Manager.

**You will:**
– Support accounting operations across all sales channels (café and e-commerce/CPG)
– Upload and manage sales transactions in the ERP system
– Support Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes, including receipt verification and journal entry postings
– Support monthly café expense close activities and ensure timely month-end close
– Perform account reconciliations and support variance analysis (actual vs. budget/prior month)
– Support bank payment processing and perform weekly bank reconciliations
– Reconcile quarterly VAT and coordinate filings with external tax service providers
– Support corporate income tax reporting and statutory audit processes
– Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate accounting records and financial KPIs
– Support system implementation projects and respond to external audit requests as needed

**You have:**
– Over 3 years of Accounting/Finance and/or Treasury experience
– Global ERP experience is a plus
– A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is a plus
– Strong accounting operational efficiency
– Business-level English proficiency in reading and writing
