As a super-powered team of one, this left-brained math wizard should be comfortable tackling all of our SaaS, GaaP accounting needs, and should have proven experience doing so for some other scrappy, bootstrapped, fast-growing company.

Alone but never lonely, this position reports to the company Director and will work closely with all teams and directors to ensure timely reimbursements, expense payments, invoice generation, and (gentle) collections.
This position is fully remote, so a self-starting attitude is essential for getting sh!t done.
The Finance Manager must:
- Work on Eastern Standard Time or close to it. We are not currently considering candidates who reside in a location where the time zone is >7 hours difference to Eastern Standard Time.
- Have experience with SaaS GaaP accounting
- Have a knack for invoicing and gentle collections
- Know QuickBooks
- Have had experience with Subscription process similar to Chargebee, HubSpot, etc.
It would be a bonus if you:
- Have previously managed finance for a start-up or SMB
- Have experience working remotely
