Position: Finance Manager/Sr. Manager

Position Overview:

• Oversee monthly financial reporting and dashboard with accounting team

• Partner with revenue cycle team to review reimbursement and payer mix

• Oversee accounts payable function, credit cards, and expense reports

• Own financial analyses around customer acquisition and clinical labor

• Ensure finance and clinical operations alignment on data and dashboards

• Support investor and grant tracking and reporting

• Track client and partner financial performance and outcomes

• Work with financial planning and analysis on modeling, budgeting, and forecasting

• Serve as point of contact for all finance vendors and tools

• Work with Finance advisors on strategic finance and reporting

• Work with tax partner on annual tax reporting

• Oversee managed services flow of funds

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required

• 3+ years of Health Care Services experience

• Budgeting and reporting experience

• Experience performing financial analysis

• Knowledge of CPT codes and Health Care Coding preferred

• Experience with Health Insurance Claims Processing preferred

• Proven Project Management Skills

• Experience or interest in working with an early stage/high growth company
