What The Role Involves:
• Assist in managing accounts payable, including processing invoices, handling vendor payments, and performing reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
• Oversee accounts receivable tasks such as billing, collections, and reconciling customer accounts to improve cash flow and reduce overdue balances.
• Support financial operations through budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to identify opportunities for reducing costs and increasing revenue.
• Contribute to financial audits by preparing required documentation, coordinating with auditors, and addressing their findings or recommendations.
• Assist occasionally with financial and tax due diligence tasks.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for strategic projects and decision‑making.

What You’ll Bring To The Team:
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; candidates pursuing ACCA are preferred.
• 1–6+ months of experience in finance or accounting, particularly in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial operations.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books or QuickBooks, as well as Google Workspace tools such as Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
• A solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
• Experience with financial audits and due diligence, and the ability to manage several projects at once, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to collaborate across functions and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
