Join us as a **Finance Business Partner – Germany & the Netherlands** and take ownership of financial performance across two of Qonto’s most strategically distinct markets. You’ll drive weekly and monthly performance monitoring, lead Budget 2027 planning, and serve as the primary finance partner to the country leadership teams in Germany and the Netherlands as Qonto transitions into full banking services. You’ll work under the guidance of **Nathalie Neff**, based in Berlin, and supported by our Strategic Finance team in Paris.

**➡️ What you’ll do**
– **Own end-to-end performance monitoring for Germany & the Netherlands:** Run the weekly Monday market review and monthly performance presentations, providing clear variance analysis and practical insights for country leadership—on time, every time.
– **Lead Budget 2027 and forecast cycles from day one:** Define assumptions, challenge allocations, and keep both market teams aligned throughout the full planning process.
– **Partner with country leadership to turn strategy into execution:** Collaborate with Germany’s and the Netherlands’ country managers to translate market vision into financial frameworks, tailoring your approach to both a mature and an emerging market at the same time.
– **Support Qonto’s transition to full banking services:** Enhance financial metrics as Qonto expands its product offering, and help country teams ramp up on new performance measures and regulatory requirements.
– **Build AI-powered FP&A workflows:** Automate recurring analyses, develop autonomous agents for dashboards and anomaly detection, and continuously improve productivity across your processes.

**➡️ What we’re looking for**
– **Proven FP&A ownership:** You’ve managed end-to-end finance business partnering—performance management, forecasting, modeling, and budgeting—within a market or business unit.
– **Confident senior stakeholder management:** You’ve worked closely with Country Managers or VP-level stakeholders, constructively challenged assumptions, and maintained trust even when the numbers weren’t what they hoped to hear.
– **Fintech or SaaS experience:** You developed your FP&A expertise in a fast-scaling, data-driven environment where finance is closely connected to business operations.
– **Direct feedback as standard:** You provide clear, honest feedback—upward and laterally—and you don’t soften it until it loses its meaning.
– **AI already in your workflow:** You use AI to streamline recurring analysis and are ready to go further—building agents, automating reporting, and expanding what FP&A can deliver.

You’ll report to **Nathalie**, our Revenue and Regions FP&A Director. Nathalie began her career at a Big 4 firm before moving into corporate FP&A roles across Business Partnering and Revenue at companies including Criteo, Ubisoft, Solocal, and Activision-Blizzard. She joined Qonto to lead a talented Strategic Finance team, and she’ll support you in shaping your scope, getting you up to speed on your topics, and backing your continuous growth.
