So what does a CloudBolt Field Services Engineer do?

During the sales process, the FSE acts as a liaison between CloudBolt Engineering and the prospective customer while also working closely with a sales representative to ensure our solution meets customer requirements. This process starts with giving stellar demos and continues through the sale to initial implementation. As much as we’d like to be 100% of ourtime closing sales, our Field Services Engineershave time, and are encouraged, to contribute to the DevOps and Cloud Automation community with blog entries, knowledgebase articles, and their own code.
