The professional Services group expands Captricity SaaS technology and integrates it with our customers’ Enterprise IT systems. We often pioneer solutions that form the basis for product enhancement. The ideal Captricity Field Engineer is an excellent agile software developer, passionate about customer success, experienced in Hybrid Enterprise and SaaS solutions and is open minded and diligent.

Responsibilities: —Design, implement, administer and support Captricity SaaS deployments to Enterprise customers —Deliver on customer commitments in a timely manner, while leveraging and creating reusable software components —Provide direct technical support for solution planning —Collaborate with Captricity Engineering and Product: by translating customer requirements into user stories and by prototyping early solutions —Regularly interact with technical stakeholders at various companies and at Captricity —Exceed customer expectations

Desired Skills and Experience —Passion for customer success – Ability to empathically listen and understand needs and requirements to design, engineer and implement solutions —Experience in creating software in agile collaborative environment —Consulting, customer facing experience —Knowledge of data capture, data management concepts, distributed systems —Ability to provide customer training when needed —Detail-oriented, results focused engineer and an empathic listener —Comfortable in dynamic environment, curious and quick learner —Comfortable in troubleshooting unfamiliar IT systems —Travel up to 30% – If located in NY may be less

Salary and compensation

$90,000 — $130,000/year
