Why this role matters

Ericsson and Vonage recently launched a global network platform which combines the power of Vonage and network apis enabling mobile networks and applications to talk to each other. This platform makes it easy to expose, consume and pay for network capabilities.

We are now engaging with multiple Communication Service Providers – CSPs – who will leverage our Vonage software platform and Ericsson network platform capabilities to expose and monetize the power of their 5G networks.

The Expert Partner Program Manager will lead the end to end engagement planning and execution with one or more CSPs to enable joint commercial success in accordance with the GNP strategy.

What you will do

• Lead the end to end CSP engagement planning and execution in collaboration with sales, delivery and operations teams, working within a small and growing team of partner program managers

• Contribute to, and ensure compliance with, the CSP Engagement Process

• Build strong relationships with all stakeholders and foster cooperation, coordination and communication across the organization and with the partner

• In direct communication with CSP partners, you will effectively track, report and address project and partner issues and risks with the right stakeholder engagement

• Strong interlock and alignment with the Privacy and Security teams to ensure all security standards and in-region regulations are followed and adhered to

• Contribute to and present in executive level reviews – bi-weekly program and monthly board

What is required for application

Required

• A 10+ year track record of successfully leading strategic programs, in product or customer facing contexts

• Strong influencing skills and attention to detail

• Exceptional problem solving and collaboration skills, with an appreciation of the need to operationalize and implement best practices, solve problems and deliver on commitments

• An ability to develop collaborative, cross-functional relationships and work in a matrixed organization

• Knowing how to ask thoughtful questions to determine and understand needs

Preferred

• Solid knowledge of project planning frameworks and tools

• Cloud technology or experience with Communications Service Providers (CSPs)

• Privacy Security Assessment (PSA) diligence processes and best practices

• PMP or other project management certification

$55,000 — $102,500/year
