We are looking for an experienced C++ programmer to help us build and grow. Our main focus is processing market data. Our servers sit between the exchanges and our customers, who use our market data for trading in real-time. We’re not a trading company, but a technology company that serves the Financial Services industry, including trading companies.

We’re a small, agile group of programmers with many years of experience in trading and market data. We’re easy to get along with and we all work together by sharing ideas, challenging each other to learn and grow, and helping each other when we need help. Ours is a collaborative environment, and we are all on the same team.

At Pico, you will work on varied and interesting projects. You might be an expert in a certain area, and you will certainly get to show that expertise off every day, but we believe that the best programmers are the programmers that continuously learn and grow. You’ll be encouraged to branch out and learn new languages and technologies, and to use that knowledge to build new products. We need immediate help working on code written in C++, but that’s is not all you will be given the opportunity to work on.
