We are seeking an Executive Sales, Corporate Development to support the Corporate Development & Strategy (CD&S) team. The CD&S team is responsible for developing and executing the long term strategic plan. This team works closely with our senior leadership team on strategic growth initiatives, 3rd party partnerships, JVs, alliances, and/or mergers & acquisitions.

The Executive will be responsible for sourcing and executing strategic partnerships and operational agreements under the supervision of the VP, Corporate Development. They will build the Enterprise Sales & Analytic Consulting teams in understanding customer needs and exploring potential strategic alliances to support these client initiatives. The Executive is self-sufficient and comfortable developing, presenting, and defending their work to both senior leadership and external partners. This includes concepts and associated strategic rationale as well as leading and performing supporting analysis.

This role includes preliminary external opportunity assessment, intelligence gathering, and analysis of various partnership alternatives to accomplish our objectives. This person manages the entire deal process with external and internal parties with minimal supervision. They will negotiate, coordinate, and manage the entire legal document development process (including term sheets, LOIs, and definitive agreements) in coordination with the VP of Corporate Development.

Salary and compensation

$50,000 — $90,000/year
