Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive reports and assign risk scores by analyzing entities through annual reports, supporting documents, site visits, and management discussions
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and industry benchmarking
• Assess the managerial and operational capabilities of channel partners
• Review channel partners’ adherence to statutory, regulatory, and AML compliance requirements
• Perform sectoral assessments and comparative industry analysis
• Execute portfolio analysis for clients to provide insights and recommendations
• Develop and maintain risk‑scoring models tailored to client requirements
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective management of client accounts

Key Requirements:

• MBA in Finance; CFA Level I/II or CMA certification is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of management, operational, financial, and compliance risk frameworks
• Proficient in ratio analysis, liquidity evaluation, and cash flow assessment
• Ability to interpret statutory filings, regulatory disclosures, and litigation records
• Skilled in developing risk‑scoring models and implementing due‑diligence methodologies
• Effective stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities
