8×8’s Chief Customer Officer is looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to support the senior customer care team. The Executive Assistant will partner proactively and reactively while managing many complex scenarios including schedules, planning, reporting, travel, coordination, and many other tasks within the global customer care organization. The ideal candidate must be an intuitive self-starter, with strong interpersonal skills who adapts well to a fast-paced environment while consistently identifying and addressing the needs of the Executive team.

You are the first line of contact. You will field calls, inquiries and other matters within the office of the CCO. You will use your strong business acumen to ensure priorities match the needs of the business.
You are highly confident, calm and secure in all situations. Ability to be trusted with highly confidential and sensitive information.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the senior customer team in scheduling, Purchase Orders, Dashboards, and weekly reporting decks.
Coordinate both off and onsite events for the team/s globally.
Create and maintain regular reports and ad hoc requests
Make complex travel arrangements along with tracking expenses
Facilitate internal and external communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
Role could involve some personal assistant overlapping such as personal schedule vs professional schedule alignment

Requirements:

10+ years experience working with C level ExecutivesStrong interpersonal communication skills
Expert in technical productivity tools such as GSuite, PowerPoint, MS Suite. Solid experience with Excel and Coupa a plus
Ability to suggest more efficient ways to increase productivity and troubleshoot malfunctions
Works well under pressure and is detailed oriented Drive for excellence
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to take initiative, work efficiently and effectively
Has passion for solving complex problems
Ability to skillfully manage multiple tasks and pivot per business needs
Superior organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and listening skills
Experience in high growth software company highly desired
