We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive mission-critical growth goals in the European market. This is a great opportunity to join a fun, dedicated team, make a meaningful impact in a collaborative environment, and report directly to the VP of Marketing.

About the role:
– Develop go-to-market plans, including product positioning, value proposition, messaging, supporting assets, and sales enablement, to meet outcomes and business goals.
– Create high-quality, on-brand content for your target ICP customers, including in-product messaging, website content, landing pages, launch materials, emails, training, and educational assets.
– Define and execute product and feature launches, measure their impact, and improve adoption.
– Define and evolve product positioning, branding, and messaging in partnership with product management, design, data and analytics, sales, and other teams.
– Enable sales, marketing, support, customer success, and other internal teams to clearly communicate the value of our product.
– Create compelling presentations to help leadership and external stakeholders understand complex topics. Recognize ambiguity and drive clarity through strategic framing and stakeholder alignment.
– Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and develop a strong understanding of competitors’ products, pricing, marketing strategies, and sales tactics.
– Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback about our products.
– Build experiments, test assumptions, and share learnings with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
– Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative customer and market research.
– Experience owning product marketing strategy and execution across the full lifecycle.
– Strong storytelling skills, with a proven ability to create compelling product narratives in both written and visual formats.
– Demonstrated success scaling high-impact, multi-channel go-to-market efforts for B2B.
– Customer-focused mindset and a strong motivation to understand customer behaviors, needs, and drivers.
– Collaborative approach and enjoyment working with teams and across functions to achieve better results.
– Fluency in English and at least one of: Spanish, French, or Italian.
– Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities as a self-starter.
