General Summary
PC Pitstop is hiring an entry level software developer. You will be part of an elite team that produces PC Matic, PC Matic Pro, PC Matic MSP, and Tech Sentry.
All of our products are cloud based and the development team is responsible for the back end databases that feed the products and our cloud based reporting structures.
Although the position is entry level, we can recognize and promote and increase competition based on increased responsibility and the value of the contributions to our development goals.
Qualifications
We are looking for good developers that require little management and yet still pound out high quality work. You should have good Javascript and SQL skills. C++ and Objective C are a major plus but not a requirement.
The most important attributes in this position is to be independent, smart and hard working. We don’t have many meetings, or deadlines, so almost all of your time is on getting out good code quickly.
Compensation
PC Pitstop is a virtual company, and we have many uncommon benefits. Upon receiving an offer letter, you will receive a company credit card. On that card, please charge any of the following:
Internet and cable TV expenses (if purchased on a package) Cell phone VOIP and business landlines Doctor and prescription co-pays Gym membership Travel expenses
We hold a company meeting twice a year in a different city in the United States. It is usually 8 days of travel per year and is mandatory.
Our health plan is Blue Cross Blue Shield full medical with options for dental.
Vacation is 2 weeks a year and 3 weeks after 5 years. We have the standard vacation days (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).
This position pays $3500 per month. There is an annual bonus which last year averaged 30%. As a full time employee, you will also be eligible for the company’s stock option plan in 2016.
