What You’ll Make Happen

– Stay up to date with the latest AI developments and evaluate their relevance to our business
– Share insights and results across teams via Slack and other channels
– Measure adoption, impact, and success using clear metrics and KPIs
– Support adoption through documentation, feedback, and team training
– Identify and resolve process inefficiencies using AI-driven approaches
– Take problems from concept to design, build, and rollout
– Research and critically evaluate new AI and low-/no-code tools to improve our workflows

Nice to Haves:

– Experience creating repeatable AI-powered workflows
– Understanding of digital marketing or creative operations workflows
– Basic skills in JavaScript or HTML
