The Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our energetic sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and qualifying new leads for our pipeline. You will handle outreach, start conversations, and build relationships with potential customers while also mentoring other SDR team members.

Responsibilities
• Research target personas and accounts to start conversations with ideal buyers in the North American market
• Create interest in Sprinto through consistent outreach, including cold calls, emails, and social channels
• Qualify leads by having meaningful discussions, identifying their needs, and uncovering challenges our solution can solve
• Schedule initial meetings and demos for the sales team by clearly communicating our value and benefits
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions and lead information in the CRM
• Work closely with your Account Executive to coordinate outreach and ensure smooth lead handoff
• Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitors to tailor outreach
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and qualified opportunities
• Represent Sprinto at industry events when needed

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven success in outbound prospecting, lead generation, or sales development, ideally in B2B SaaS, with 3–7 years of experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport via phone and written outreach
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize several tasks and prospects
• Strong listening skills and a desire to develop consultative selling abilities
• Self-driven, motivated, and goal-oriented, while also able to work well within a team
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in customer interactions
• Confident in handling objections and converting interest into qualified leads
• Familiarity with email marketing tools, SaaS platforms, or CRM systems is an advantage
