As the first Enterprise Account Executive for DACH, you will spearhead 360Learning’s expansion into one of Europe’s most strategic markets. Joining a team of nine Enterprise AEs across France and the UK, you will bring our proven enterprise sales approach to DACH and help lay the groundwork for sustainable long-term growth.

You won’t be starting from zero. You’ll join an established German commercial organization focused on the Mid-Market, giving you access to local expertise, customer references, brand recognition, and a strong partner ecosystem—supported by our strategic alliance with SAP SuccessFactors.

Your goal is to win new enterprise customers (10,000+ employees), build a high-quality pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with some of Germany’s largest organizations. By combining strategic territory development with hands-on execution, you will be instrumental in establishing 360Learning as a trusted Learning & Development partner across the DACH region.

Although this is a highly entrepreneurial role, you will be supported by dedicated Solution Engineers, Alliances, Professional Services, Customer Success, Marketing, and the wider German commercial team.

Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Sales EMEA, you can work remotely from anywhere in Germany while helping shape the future of 360Learning’s Enterprise business in DACH.

Within 1 month, you will:
– Learn how to navigate Convexity, our work environment
– Meet the global team through virtual coffee sessions and happy hour
– Understand our product offering through training and onboarding
– Learn our sales processes, tools, and frameworks
– Explore and get familiar with your territory

Within 3 months, you will:
– Segment and prioritize your portfolio and begin targeting strategic accounts
– Understand the partner ecosystem
– Demonstrate strong leadership through diligence, thoroughness, and positive impact in every sales engagement
– Start building a pipeline to drive success

Within 6 months, you will:
– Continuously reinforce and develop sales discipline around timely, high-quality CRM updates
– Collaborate with Sales Solutioning to accelerate sales opportunities
– Build strong relationships with partners

Within 12 months, you will:
– Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales targets
– Forecast accurately on a weekly and monthly cadence to achieve and surpass quotas
– Generate new ideas to improve overall business performance

The skill set:
– 8+ years of B2B sales experience selling to large accounts
– Prior experience in the SaaS industry
– Proven ability to achieve €500k+ quotas
– Expertise in executing successful sales strategies
– Strong analytical skills to identify team trends and patterns and drive results
– A growth mindset and commitment to lifelong learning
– Fluent English and German are required
