Rocana is seeking a Project Manager to assist with task and resource coordination across Engineering. Engineering Project Management at Rocana operates as a service to and core facet of product development, with the goal of helping engineers be more productive, with workloads balanced effectively across the entire team, resources allocated appropriately, and achievable goals laid out and tracked.

As a Project Manager at Rocana, you will drive releases and programs from both an Engineering and Product perspective. You will play a key role working with Rocana Engineering, Field/Sales Engineering, and Product Management to plan and drive product releases. Project Management is responsible for facilitating effective communication among engineers, as well as between Engineering and other departments. A successful project manager is able to quickly learn and use a range of tools for task management, scheduling, and communication.

This position requires a team player and a self-starter with experience leading cross-functional tactical and detail-oriented projects. A successful candidate has a great track record of effectively getting things done and uses resources efficiently. The project manager will track tasks and decisions, monitor process, progress, and results. Must be able to quickly grasp multiple new technical concepts and lead the team through assessment of goals, risks, dependencies, and timelines.

This position reports to the Director of Engineering.
