What The Role Involves

We are looking for a driven AI Engineering Intern to help enhance and develop our AI-powered products. In this role, you will contribute to building Sprinto’s AI infrastructure, support system optimization, and gain hands-on experience with machine learning and AI technologies. Working closely with engineers, data scientists, and product teams, you will help build efficient data pipelines and developer tools that power cutting-edge AI solutions.

What Your Impact Will Look Like:

• Assist engineering teams in identifying and solving AI-related challenges, focusing on improving efficiency and usability.
• Support the creation and optimization of AI infrastructure, including pipelines for training and evaluating models.
• Contribute to developing and refining centralized AI services such as document parsing, search capabilities, and large language model (LLM) integrations.
• Help assess system performance and recommend optimization strategies.
• Participate actively in team discussions and help cultivate a collaborative, innovative environment.

What You’ll Bring To The Team:

• Currently studying Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Basic understanding of machine learning, data processing, and AI technologies.
• Experience with Python and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a readiness to learn quickly.
• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred:

• Experience or coursework in software development and data engineering.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Interest in building scalable AI systems and services.
