Primary Skills
- Technical delivery, engineering leadership, enterprise architecture, Java stack and hands-on experience in any cloud platform and should have worked with big tech/Large tech firms.

- Technical Delivery Manager
- Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and system design techniques.
- Understands different programming languages and ability to solve problems in coding, testing and deployment.
- Possesses good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements.
- Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Technologies. Deep working experience in atleast one Cloud Platform (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Excellent understanding of DevOps, should have implemented Engineering Metrics and should have experience in reporting to internal and external stake holder using Engineering Metrics
- Should have experience working with Client Architects/Sr Enterprise Architects in presenting solutions/proposal defense
- Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients
- Team building/Good at networking and collaboration across the Organization
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure that they have the skills and support they need to complete their tasks.
- Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner
- Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution
- Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end
- Effective Client cadence. Conduct MBR/QBR calls with customer showcasing team’s progress and innovation with a constant endeavor to differentiate against competition
- Strong Client purpose
- Extremely strong Agile Practitioner – should have managed multiple programs/projects as a Proxy PO/Scrum Master
- Identifying and mitigating technical risks
- Commitment to measure quality of deliverable with measurement of Engineering and Operational metrics
- Drive Innovation by leveraging the teams for both bottoms up and top down.
- Effectively lead teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence
- Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of team members and suitably make changes if required
- Resource management skills and ability to handle complex / sensitive issues
- Encourage team interaction, boost employee motivation and appreciate team contribution
- Ability to match project tasks with opportunities for development so that employee potential is utilized to the maximum
- Manage a P&L portfolio. P&L commitment by forecasting revenue and margin and meeting them on a month-on-month basis
- Passion to contribute to Organizational excellence in the areas of Program Management, Technical Excellence, Operational Excellence and building new capabilities
