Build modern cloud-native apps, event-driven micro-services, and agent-integrated workflows. Participate fully in team ceremonies, continuous improvement, release operations, and knowledge-sharing, while proactively owning the developer-led QA for all releases.
Responsibilities

    • Create user interfaces (React/Next, ACE) and backends (Python/FastAPI, Nodejs), integrating tightly with Kafka/EventBridge/Redis Streams for async agentic workflows.
    • Implement, consume, and deliver event contracts, workflows, and orchestrations, collaborating with LangChain, LangGraph, and multi-agent frameworks for autonomous features.
    • Automate deployments, CI/CD, and infrastructure scaling (Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes/EKS); engage in cost optimization and cloud health monitoring.
    • Write, automate, and review end-to-end (E2E) tests: contract, event flow, and regression for agentic microservices; participate in QA/release readiness checks and incident reviews.
    • Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and process adaptation; collaborate for documentation, runbook updates, and knowledge transfer.
    • Monitor production: own dashboards, alerts, SLO/SLA targets, and help resolve real-time outages as part of incident response.
    • Take part in cross-team improvement initiatives (security monitoring, retrospective action items, onboarding).
Qualifications

    • Proven full stack development and event-driven microservice delivery, with hands-on use of agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) and multi-cloud/DevOps skills.
    • Experience in automated testing for asynchronous, distributed systems, with proactive QA ownership.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, document, and collaborate across engineering, product, and architecture teams.
$170,000 – $200,000 a year
