Are you an experienced QA engineer with a proven track record, ready for a new and exciting challenge? Want to be part of an industry disruptor? If so, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

We’re seeking a senior QA engineer who can solve technical challenges in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with the CTO to plan, develop, and execute test strategies that ensure the delivery of a reliable, high-quality product. As we continue to grow, there will be the chance to step into a lead role.

We don’t believe that automated testing is the only path to robust software. That’s why we’re looking for someone who can design and implement both automated and manual testing processes internally.

**Compensation range: $55,000 – $80,000 USD**

**Senior QA Engineer Responsibilities**
– Plan, develop, and execute product quality strategies to ensure product correctness before release.
– Collaborate with the CTO to gather information about the product’s QA needs and provide feedback on quality issues.
– Use automation to create scalable solutions, reduce regressions, and improve product reliability.

**Minimum Qualifications**
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
– Experience with industry-standard test automation tools and automation frameworks.
– 4+ years of quality engineering and/or test engineering experience.
– Hands-on experience planning, designing, and executing tests, including knowledge of performance and stress testing.
– Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
– Experience building and maintaining quality test automation for both RESTful APIs and web applications.
– Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or an equivalent programming language.

**Preferred Qualifications**
– Ability to be creative and take initiative to improve test coverage and effectiveness.
– Thrives in ambiguous environments that require ongoing self-prioritization.
– Understanding of event-driven and serverless architectures.
– Experience testing ETL/ELT products.
– Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

**What We Offer**
– Remote-first “forever” flexibility.
– Flexible working hours.
– Unlimited paid time off.
– Opportunities for career growth and professional development.
